Beauty Tip: Make Your Perfume REALLY Work

Have you ever seen someone spray perfume and then walk through it?  Or spray it right onto their shirt?  That actually doesn't really work...at all.  What does work, however, is if you spray some on your wrists and rub them together, and then on your chest and the sides of your neck near your glands.  Rub your wrists all over those parts. 

And the best part is, since it's almost summer and you may be out at a picnic, it's okay if you sweat, because your perfume is now applied to the spots where your "scent" comes from, so it will be released and anyone who gets close to you will be able to tell!!  And to reapply on the go, make sure you get a Travalo!  I love mine!!

My Face Case is such a great way to stay organized in a fashionable way.  I love the variety of patterns for their cases and I love how easy it is to use.  I can fit so much stuff in mine but yet it is still organized when I open and close it.

Fashion can be tricky, because while something looks good, it may not be great for your health.  This is especially true when it comes to shoes.  If you don’t have good arch support, you can really pay the price in a few years.  I learned the hard way by wearing flip flops for years and then had really bad problems with Plantar Fasciitis.  Now that I’ve healed, I’ll never make that mistake again.

I received the Ahnu Olemas.  These are so incredibly comfortable and easy to walk in no matter what the situation is.  I wore them on my afternoon walk and my feet weren’t tired or sore at all.  They give great arch support which is something I need because of my plantar fasciitis issues in the past. 

These shoes are fantastic because they go with pretty much anything I wear and they can look casual but still look great when I’m at some sort of event or get together.  I couldn’t believe how easy it was to wear these.  I have so many issues finding good shoes and it’s so important to find sandals with arch support because if they are too high they can damage your feet and even too flat can damage your feet.

Tick Season is Here!

Pixie, Grace, and Stella have had a few ticks on them over the years and it's very important to make sure that doesn't happen ever again.  So now, I use tick repellent regularly every year.

 I am not too fond of products from the grocery store, and if you aren't either I suggest you check out Bloomingtails for your Tick Repellent needs. It's important to keep your pooch safe, because ticks carry lyme disease and it can be a really ugly problem!!!   Just a friendly reminder!!
